These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GuardGrid website and platform provided by Revion Solutions, Incorporated (“GuardGrid,” “we,” “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

GuardGrid provides automated accessibility scanning, scoring, and reporting. You agree to use the service only for domains you own or are authorized to test, and in compliance with applicable laws.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Accessibility findings disclaimer

GuardGrid uses automated testing to identify potential WCAG conformance issues. Automated scanning cannot detect every accessibility barrier, and a passing scan does not guarantee legal compliance or conformance with any standard. GuardGrid reports, scores, and Compliance Evidence documents are provided for informational purposes to support your own remediation efforts and do not constitute legal advice or a certification of compliance. You remain responsible for the accessibility of your websites.

Intellectual property

The GuardGrid platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Revion Solutions, Incorporated and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of your own data and content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuardGrid is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Revion Solutions, Incorporated is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that may harm the service or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
