Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GuardGrid website and platform provided by Revion Solutions, Incorporated (“GuardGrid,” “we,” “us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

GuardGrid is a web-governance and digital-quality platform. Depending on your plan and configuration, features may include accessibility and WCAG analysis, ADA/accessibility governance, SEO and search-performance analysis, website and content quality analysis, broken-link and site-governance analysis, privacy-related and security-related website checks, Google Search Console and Google Analytics reporting, web traffic and search intelligence, reports and evidence, GuardGrid Intelligence and evidence-based analysis, and governance and workflow functionality. Feature availability varies by plan, configuration, and connected services.

You agree to use the service only for domains you own or are authorized to test, and in compliance with applicable laws.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Third-party and connected services

You may choose to connect supported third-party accounts and services, including Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4. You must have authority to connect the accounts and properties you select and to authorize GuardGrid to process their data. You are responsible for choosing which accounts and properties to connect. GuardGrid accesses connected services only as authorized to provide the related functionality.

The Search Console and Analytics integrations use read-only Google OAuth permissions. These permissions do not allow GuardGrid to modify Search Console or Analytics properties, change Analytics configuration, write Analytics events, or modify Google account settings or your Google content. Our handling of Google-connected data is described in our Privacy Policy, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

Third-party services remain subject to their providers' terms and policies. Their availability, API changes, permission changes, or interruptions may affect related GuardGrid functionality. Disconnecting an integration may disable features that rely on it. These terms do not limit GuardGrid's own obligations concerning the data it processes.

Accessibility findings disclaimer

GuardGrid uses automated testing to identify potential WCAG conformance issues. Automated scanning cannot detect every accessibility barrier, and a passing scan does not guarantee legal compliance or conformance with any standard. GuardGrid reports, scores, and Compliance Evidence documents are provided for informational purposes to support your own remediation efforts and do not constitute legal advice or a certification of compliance. You remain responsible for the accessibility of your websites.

Intellectual property

The GuardGrid platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Revion Solutions, Incorporated and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of your own data and content.

Customer data and connected-service data

You retain ownership of your data and content and control over the connections you authorize. GuardGrid does not claim ownership of your Google-connected data. You grant GuardGrid only the limited rights necessary to process authorized data to provide and secure the Services, support you, maintain and improve the customer-facing functionality you requested, and comply with applicable obligations, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable third-party data-use requirements. This permission does not grant GuardGrid rights to sell, monetize, or independently exploit Google-connected data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuardGrid is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Revion Solutions, Incorporated is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that may harm the service or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
